John Mosley
(5-3-60) is a registered sex offender. As such, those
folks are serving a life sentence of registering every time
they move or skedaddle for a while. Mr Mosley was suppose to
do the registering thang with Green Shirt RR Cervera. When the
phone came up bogus and his Big Otter Highway address equally
not right, Cervera found out Mosley had moved from there in
OCt 2019.
Providing a contact number and home address is an easy thing to comply with. Mosley didn't.

Adam Christian Cayton ( DOB 6-19-75) stands charged with sexual assault 3rd degree and incest. Green Shirt RR Cervera was the feller that filled out the paperwork on July 10 2020. The gory details included , the victim was 15 years old.

Isiah Austin Hunter ( DOB 11-27-98) stands charged with felony burglary. The warrant was issued and probable cuase was found by Magistrate Jeff Boggs on July 2nd 2020.
The incident happened on Fayette Street in Widen on June 24th shortly after midnight. The victim reported that her door was closed but not locked. Two males came in. the victim told Green Shirt FL Raynor, she thought the intruders were "Hiner" boys. While in the house a Isiah Hiner kept telling the victim, " I'll Get Ya!"
The statements were recorded.
Doing some good leg work, Badge Raynor contacted Ricky Blankenship (victim's boyfriend) who provided the likely names of the culprits and location for em
On that same date, Raynor came in contact with the two fellers on Wilson Ridge. Both stated, they had been drinking and ddi go to the victim's home to settle a dispute with Ricky Blankenship that had been going on for a few years.
Isiah state that he knocked on the door and it opened. He walked in and made contact with the victim. After asking about Blankenship's presence and him not being there, both left the home.
