  As of this date, we think we are up to date with all on public file in the way of felony charges brought in County Clay. There are a few gaps in numerical sequence but that is because all warrants have not bee executed. Translation: Badges are still looking for the persons.
  Felony 31  Larry Adkins (DOB 11-26-1972, unknown address, no mug shot) was charged with sexual abuse 1st degree x 5. The arresting Badge was Green Shirt J M Ellis.Magistrate Jeff Rider found probable cause and issued the warrant for arrest.
  Excerpts from the public criminal complaint include: On April 2nd a sexual assault complaint was by Amanda Adkins.... The sexual allegations were against the step father Larry Adkins... Ms Adkins did advise that Mr Adkins did apologize and did not deny the allegations.
   On April 10th a forensic interview was performed.
   Details include that the assaults were ongoing (since 9 years of age) until two weeks before the complaint was filed. The victim disclosed that Adkins touched her  chest area and private areas under her clothes while sitting on top of her holding her arms and legs down. Adkins also took her hands and made her hold his private parts until she jerked away and ran off. The victim said that this happened once or twice a week for approximately 2 years.

Felony 35 Adam Parsons (DOB7-4-84, Bickmore, no mug shot available)) has been charged with grand larceny by Top Badge Allen King. Magistrate Jeff Boggs found the probable cause and issued the warrant.
  From the complaint: On May10, 2023 Alley Starcher had a catalytic converter  stolen from 2018 Nissan trucks which was parked at Randall Brooks. Adam Parsons was seen coming out of of the Brooks house, get under Ms Starcher's truck and cut off the converter which has a value of $6,718.61.
  If found guilty, he's lookin at a 1 to 10 year term in the slammer plus a big fine.

Gallard Donald Fugate

Felony 36 was awarded to Gallard Donald Fugate (DOB 3-20-1966, Ivydale) on June 24th for child abuse creating injury. Green Shirt B L Hazelwood with Magistrate Jeff Rider doing the probable cause court work.
  From the report: From the juvy's statement and his Mother, Garland grabbed the victim's hair before shoving him into the corner of a room and striking the victim's head against the wall before chasing the victim into the Mother's bedroom where he again grabbed the victim by the hair and drew back to strike the victim's head and facial areas. The Mother placed her body on top of the victim to sheild the kid from Mr Fugate trying to protect him. The incident occurred on Clinic Road.
