The  line never ends. Here's our latest entries in the world of stupid stuff done by stupid people.

Chadwick West
Felony 31 Chadwick A West (DOB 10-31-82) from Summer's Fork in Wallback. Green Shirt J M Ellis did the honors with this criminal complaint which has been edited and paraphrased a bunch: It was a Sunday afternoon a little after 5pm when the Badge was out tooling around in the Big Otter area when he noticed a black in color motorcycle "looking suspicious".
Ahhhh, how does a motorcycle  look suspicious?
Mr Motorcycle got on I-79 and sped up to over 100 mph. With Mr Motorcycle weaving in and out of traffic, on came the blue lights and siren.
South around the Wallback exit, Ellis made contact with the black cycle as it turned on Summers Fork near the exit when he parked at 174 Summers Fork Road. The driver had the same jacket and helmet laying beside  the cycle.
Turns out, the driver was Chadwick West. After a little radio traffic, West was driving revoked (from April 2022) and had no insurance ID.
He stands charged with felony fleeing, driving revoked, and no insurance
FYI: Getting caught driving revoked has a mandatory minimum fine of $3 K

John Alden Boggs

Felony 32   And then came John A Boggs (DOB 4-24-78) from Sissonville Drive in Charleston. For this offender, Green Shirt H F Ingraham provided the following. Charged with reckless intent, prohibited person with a firearm, DUIA 1st, operating an ATV on a road, and destruction of property, felony 32 goes like this: Ingraham and a couple other Badges were down on Main Street when there came a yellow ATV heading down Main Street Clay. The driver was minus a helmet as he sped away.
  The race was on!
Boggs headed across the Dundon bridge and then turned on an unnamed side road. The Green Shirt mobile was unable to traverse the bumpy road but decided to sniff around for a while. He then spotted Boggs traveling on a side trail just before the lad crashed into a Jeep going in the other direction.
Ingraham made his way to the crash scene where Boggs was arrested. Uh Oh, turns out Boggs had a Springfield pistol in a saddle bag. There's nothing wrong with that unless you are already a felon.
Here comes the bad part readers. Boggs blamed his actions on smoking pot! Couldn't he blame his his parents, teachers, preachers or the tea in China? People like Mr Boggs give pot a bad name!
