My name is Robin Lilly. I called an ambulance for my 84
year old mother who was deathly sick on 08-12-20021 at 12:15.

Liizemore, none available.
Called Jan care in Gauley Bridge. Exactly 2 hours before
they arrived, [they] passed my house.
Another 20 minutes before they found out their mistake
and came back.
I had to explain to driver how to get to Charleston
hospital
Thank goodness she’s doing good but, what the H is going
on ?
