   Justin Glenn Moore (DOB 8/13/84, Felony #65) was arrested for fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference/fleeing on foot/no insurance/no registration/ no MVI/ driving suspended, and destruction of property. The details of the criminal complaint are as follows.
   On Sunday August, 16th, 2020 around 1320 hours, TPR R. E. Wiseman observed a blue in color GMC Sierra which was traveling south on Route 16, Lizemore area. Wiseman observed the vehicle to have no MVI or registration plate. He activated the emergency lights and sirens on his marked cruiser, and attempted to initiate a traffic stop.
   The vehicle then turned onto Pack Fork Rd. traveling east bound and accelerated traveling 85miles per hour in a marked fifty five mile per hour zone, disregarding the officer's lights and sirens traveling with reckless indifference for the general public traveling on these same roadways. The GMC then drove through a yard of a residence causing property damage and striking a stop sign at the intersection at Pack Fork and Route 16 intersection.
   The vehicle then regained control and continued to accelerate heavily onto pack fork Rd. it was traveling on both sides of the roadway, and nearly struck another vehicle. Then turned onto Peck Hollow Road, at which time lost control of the vehicle.
   The driver of the vehicle then exited and fled on foot into the woodline. Wiseman then pursued the driver. Caught up to him, and placed him under arrest with the least amount of force necessary. The driver was identified as Justin Allen Moore.
   He ran Moore’s OLN through the 911 center, and they were revoked for unpaid citations, also had no insurance for the vehicle.

   Ina Belle Leftwich (DOB 2/21/73, #64) was arrested for wanton endangerment. Here are the details from the criminal complaint.
   On 8/14/2020, Connie Sue Miller states that she went onto her property in Clay to remove some items from the junkyard. Miller states Ina Leftwich was warned beforehand that she would be on the property. Miller states she was coming off the hill where the junkyard is located, and she started shooting at her with a .22 rifle. Miller states she was in fear for her life because the bullets were flying around her and almost hit her truck. 5 spent .22 rounds and 1 unspent round were recovered from the scene. A .22 rifle was also recovered. Ina stated to officer Belt she did shoot the gun.

 
 James Edward Neal Jr (DOB 3/7/92, #63) was arrested for possession with intent to deliver. Here are the details from the criminal complaint.   On 8/14/2020 in Indore, officer TM Caruthers conducted a traffic stop on Little Sycamore Road on a white in color ford bearing no registration. Upon making contact with the driver James Neal, he gave admission to this officer that he was not a valid driver, and the vehicle did not possess valid insurance. Caruthers tried to locate the registration on the vehicle, when he discovered 8.72 grams of white crystal substance believed to be meth through this officer’s training and experience. A small digital scale commonly used for weighting narcotics, a small spoon commonly used for measuring narcotics, and $29 were found together in the vehicle.

  
   John T. Lowery (10/14/75, #66) arrested for domestic battery, child endangerment, and brandishing. Following are the details from the criminal report.  On Saturday, August 15th, 2020, CPL Bass was contacted by Clay 911 in reference to domestic on Ripatoe Road in Lizemores. Bass was informed that the victim had left the residence with her father and were needing to file a complaint. Bass made contact with the victim, Yolanda Adkins, who states that she and her father, Joseph Adkins, had returned from the store to her home when John Lowery began yelling at her to get out, and cussing her and accusing her of not going to the store even though she and her children were unloading the food into the house. Yolanda states that she had her kids then tried to take the groceries back out to her dad's truck in an effort to leave, but says Lowery began to kick the bags sending the food all over the place, and busting the soda cans everywhere.
   Yolanda states that at one point while she and the kids were trying to gather the groceries up, Lowery opened a bottle of laundry detergent, and poured it over her head, and that her daughter who is 5 saw this, and tried to make him stop. Yolanda states that he then threw the detergent into his daughters face, and it got into her eyes and mouth. Bass could see, and smell the detergent in the hair of Yolanda and her daughters. Yolanda then states that Lowery spit in her face and pushed her and continued to verbally abuse her. Yolanda then states that he slapped her multiple times in the face with a package of bacon that had been kicked out of the bags that were in the home.
   Joseph Adkins states that while all this was going on, he could hear it inside the home yelling, and what he described as fight inside. Also states that the kids were coming outside all crying and upset. Joseph states that at once point, Lowery came out of the home and told him to leave, and was cursing and yelling and then took what he thought to be a .9mm pistol out of his pocket and pointed it at him, and then he described, pulled the slide back to the chamber a round.
   Joseph states that Lowery then put the gun back in his pocket. Yolanda also states that she came outside and saw him with the gun pointed at her father, and says she saw him pull the top as she said, but wasn’t sure what that meant. Joseph states that he then observed Lowery push his daughter to the ground, and picked up his 5 year old daughter by the outside of her shoulder, carried her off the porch, and dropped her into the mud where he had pushed Yolanda down, not one but twice saying his granddaughter got up and tried to reenter the house, but Lowery removed her. Joseph states that he was able to get his daughter and 3 of the grandchildren out, but a 4th was still at Lowery’s parents house next door.
 

   Pamela Boggs (3/15/62, #62)- was arrested for attempted burglary. Read below for the details in the criminal report.    On Thursday, August 6th, at approximately 1630, Cpr. J M Ellis received a call for a burglary in progress on Upper Sycamore road. Officer Ellis was advised that the suspect was Pam Boggs, the officer was familiar with Ms. Bogs from past calls. The caller advised that a Ms. Boggs was observed on her front porch walking around and had a small baseball bat in her hand. The caller advised that Ms. Boggs began to take the bat and hit knock on the door with it, and then began to attempt to gain entry into the home.
   Ellis arrived on scene at the caller's location, and upon arriving was advised that Ms. Boggs was seen going into a camper across the road from the residence. He did locate Ms. Boggs in the camper, and did observe a small wooden bat laying on the floor of the camper doorway. The bat was identified by the caller as the same bat she had in her possession earlier. Ellis did speak to the callers who were juveniles being DRN and JIT. Both subjects advised Ellis that they observed Ms. Boggs from inside the residence attempted to shoulder the door in multiple times. At that time JIT ran upstairs, and DRN suspected Ms. Boggs heard the noise of his sister running up the stairs, because Ms. Bogs quickly left the residence.

   James Franklin O’Dell (8/10/87, #61)- arrested for domestic battery and child abuse. Here are the details from the criminal report. On 8/4/20 while at their shared residence in Ivydale, James became angry with, and began yelling and cussing at his girlfriend, Amber Hall. While yelling and cussing, he removed their 2 year old infant male from Amber’s arms, pushing her against the kitchen counter, and placed his right hand around her neck and began to choke her. While the defendant and Amber were in the physical altercation, their 7 year old daughter LO tried to stop them from fighting. LO stated to officer, RE Thomas that she didn’t want daddy to hurt mommy, so she tried to stop him, but her daddy punched her in the stomach. Amber had visible marks resembling hand a print on her neck, and LO had visible marks on her stomach.
