Randy Schoonover on the Downward Spiral

Before getting ousted as a Senator for accepting a $2700 bribe and going to the Big House, James Randy Schoonover served in the House of Delegates. At one point in his life, Randy had some power and influence.
Those days are long gone.
Since his single wide trailer burned to the ground earlier this year, he's been living on the river bank, a homeless person, near the Town WaWa Plant near the Dundon bridge. Before the fire, the years of substance abuse wiped him out. You could see it in his eyes and smelled the B O from weeks of not taking a bath or changing his clothes.
He was, is, a mess.
On Tuesday, August 24th, Schoony as many call him, was arrested by Randy Holcomb.
Felony 56 James Randy Schoonover (DOB 12-14-53) was arrested on Trespassing, Burglary, and Destruction of Property charges.
Schoony did commit the crime of destruction of property by prying open a side basement door of Dr Larry Schoonover's house and entering the residence and living, sleeping inside. Schoony did use the electric without permission.
Schoony used the restroom and over run the toilet without water to flush the same... the floor was covered in human waste defacing and destructing the property. He did stay in the house after that and trespass on the property without permission of the landowner.
Note: Also arrested on the same charges and at the same time was Sonja Lynn Slusher (DOB 9-30-72), Felony 57.
