Jason Allan Spencer
Jason Spencer is often seen around County Clay. He used to live in Two Run in the old Churchhouse apartments followed by a time in downtown Clay and then in the Southern part of Clayberry. Often he was seen with a small blond haired girl in tow.
We never saw Jason with a job. Well there was one exception. At one point and for just two days, we saw him employed at Family Dollar on Main Street. Other than those two days, he was an unemployed scumbag.
One of those above pictured mug shots came after arrests for not paying child support payments for years on end. The other smaller picture was after getting arrested for driving around with suspended license and other moving violations.
Basically, Jason Spencer has been a load for years. We never guessed he was a pervert until now.
Felony 50: Jason Allan Spencer (DOB 10-15-76) was arrested Aug 3rd on felony sexual assault second degree and felony sexual abuse by a parent or guardian. Green Shirt H E Ingraham was the arresting Badge.
From the complaint and edited greatly:
The Badge received the complaint from a great grandmother who advised that her grand daughter , a 6 year old female known as A S, told her she had been abused by her father, Jason Spencer
A forensic interview was conducted by the Child Advocacy Center on Aug 3, 2021. From the interview findings, victim A S stated Spencer had used his fingers, as well as his penis to vaginally, anally, and orally penetrate the victim on several occasions. The victim stated that Spencer had "peed white into her mouth".
The 6 year old stated that the sexual abuse had taken place 5 times a week since she was 4 years old. She also stated that Spencer had shown her pornography that she believed had involved other little children, as well as pornography involving her mother, Spencer and an unknown female.
Spencer then performed the acts shown in the pornography on the victim.
The acts occurred in County Clay.
If someone has a chance to put a gun to Jason Spencer's head, nothing could be more fitting for the pervert. Well, maybe one thing, cut off his Johnson.
One final note. Some in the county have raised stink for years over us printing Magistrate Report findings and our Blotter reports.
We have always replied, it's better to know who has been up to bad things as soon as possible.
What if your son or daughter was out riding around with someone charged with drugs or drunk driving, wouldn't you want to know?
