Felony #42 Colby Shannon Meadows (DOB
3-14-1979) from Clendenin, is charged with driving revoked 3rd,
improper registration, defective equipment, no seat belt, poss
of meth, poss of pot.
From the Criminal complaint and paraphrased: Green Shirt Wiseman was the arresting Badge... during a routine traffic stop, Wiseman noticed a smoking device with residue.
Next found was a black box in the passenger side floor board. Yelp little baggies of drugs
Everything went downhill from there.
Felony #43 Franklin Allen Adkins (DOB 6-4-1984) from Ivydale was charged with felony sexual abuse by a person of trust back on July 2nd 2021.
From the complaint: 13 year old girl claims she was sexually assaulted by her Mother's live in boyfriend Franklin Adkins AKA Hank.... Around 2 in the morning, the victim was walking down Rush Fork Road with the Mother's boyfriend to meet with friends ...previously, Hank had offered cigs if she and her sister would strip for him .... during the assault the victim screamed loud enough for a neighbor to come out and see what was going on ....Hank took off... the victim made it to the neighbor's porch while pulling her clothes up.... The eye witness stated that he saw Adkins forcibly from behind sorry no photo available
Felony # 44 Sara Louise Drake (9-28-1985) from Ivydale was arrested on child neglect creating a risk of injury.
Green shirt J A Miller took the call on July 2nd around 5pm.
