 Felony 46  Willard Fletcher Burdette III (DOB 7-22-71) garnered the charge growing pot back in July. That was dismissed and Mr Burdette plead to a misdemeanor charge. Another enterprising young man now with a criminal record.

Felony 48, 49 Dennis S Drake (DOB2-24-84) from Ivydale was charged with felony driving revoked back in July. Those charges were reduced to a misdemeanor.

Felony 47 Ernie Pat Dawson jr (DOB 3-5-73) manages to get caught every time he farts to loud. his current felony transgression includes failure to register as a sex offender, burglary, and possession a firearm.
  Gren Shirt F L Raynor provided these excerpts in the public filed, criminal complaint:  .. Dawson arrived at Flisty Gould's residence (Leatherwood) around 4am on July 13th. Ms Gould thought he had left ... after hearing the dog barking she saw a white Trailblazer leaving the driveway...  a little later she discovered $1500 missing, a SAR 9mm pistol stolen. Later she realized a 22 cal rifle was also taken...
   On July 23rd, the Green Shirt went to Dawson's residence where Ernie Pat said no way to anything. Nope to stealing and Nope to driving the White Trailblazer...
  Gosh who wouldn't believe this living at the foot of the cross feller?
  Later that day, Raynor traveled to Blue Knob where Jimmy Koch said that Dawson asked him to hang on to a 22 cal rifle a few days back. Koch said that Dawson was driving a white Trailblazer and that he had a 9mm pistol and welder with him at that time....
  After making bail and updating his sex registry,, Dawson forgot something. He forgot to register that Trailblazer! More trouble for Mr Dawson.
