BLOTTER

Note: Felony criminal complaints don't become until the warrant has been issued and executed. Sometimes that might take months or sometimes, never. The problem is, Badges have to find the turkey.

Erick S Anderson

Felony 22 from March 22 2021, Erick Steven Anderson (DOB9-1-88) stands charged with trespassing, grand larceny, and burglary.
Green Shirt S L Bass had the honor of writing up this complaint, paraphrased in part:
Victim Crystal Tanner told Bass, her ex boyfriend came into her home and started taking things that did not belong to him. He was told to skedaddle but didn't. Anderson took a pry bar and opened a small safe and took $2000 cash, some knives, and jewelry
Outside Anderson hide some items under a tree. The victim found the items (welder and winch) and locked them int the trunk of her car. Anderson returned to retrieve the left behind items. Not getting the keys to the trunk, Anderson busted out a rear window in an attempt to get into the trunk.
Always trying to tie up loose ends, Anderson: if you call the law, he would kill her. Yikes!
Making it tougher for the accused, Ms Tanner has  surveillance video of the incident.
Magistrate Boggs found probable cause and issued the warrant for arrest.

Felony 34 against Danny Ray Hanshaw was dismissed

Felony 35  Catherine Jean Vandervort (DOB 8-12-70) was arrested by Green Shirt J A Miller charged with transferring stolen goods and conspracy. Ms Vandervort was half of the dynamic duo which included Franklin Christopher Moore (F-36). That complete write up is over on the April 17 BLOTTER entry.

Pictures were taken and Cody A Ramsey is in the grease.

Mr Loar told the victim that he wanted to get a "blow job"  and he wanted .... Loar sent pictures of his Mr One Eye thru Snap Chat.
In custody, Mr Loar admitted he sent pictures of his winky and admitted he wanted oral sex with the victim...

Felony 40  not on public file as of this date

Felony 41 Cheri Cottrell (DOB 11-26-93) of Wallback stands charged with  possession with intent to deliver, driving revoked, and no insurance. J M Ellis was the investigating Badge.
Let's talk dumbarss! Cottrell was in the Wallback WalMart (Dollar General for the rest of the world) driving a maroon Chevy Malibu. She already had her license revoked and Ellis knew it.
After getting Cottrell out of the vehicle and a male passenger too, a meth pipe was discovered in the seat. The male passenger was sporting  a pistol on his hip.
Because Cottrell was acting nervous and because Ellis hadn't  fallen off the turnip truck yesterday, a second look revealed small plastic bags in her purse and a black in color pistol in a holster.
Not giving up the search, found was a set of scales and several other bags with a clear substance believed to be crystal meth.
Today's drug dealers are making it waaaaaaaaaaaaay to easy on Badges. At least she could have hid the stash in a locked truck of her vehicle.
  Ms Cottrell is in trouble.
