Football helmets, ball fields, dance outfits, and ambulance driver trainings were all paid for from School Excess Levy dollars. Here's a sampling of the nails picked up shortly after the Jan 19 Levy Election on the Delta Corporation parking lot near Procious, WV. Delta Corporation, publishers of the Communicator, allowed readers to express their "anti Levy" views. Just think what they would have done if they had lost the election Jan 19!!!!!!
